30 Day Poetry Challenge Day Four: Consequences

Posted by

Welcome, weebs and authors alike, to The Aniwriter.

For day four of the 30 Day Poetry Challenge, here is a poem titled: Consequences

When someone says the phrase “at the end of the day”
there is often an implication of tomorrow,
like it is guaranteed to come no matter what,
that the time spent can be renewed.
However, time is only a constant to those breathing.
Those whose time has come to an end do not have that luxury.
